Using the website

I can't download or watch any of the videos off of the website.
First, follow these steps to confirm that you are using QuickTime 5.0 or higher.

  1. Click the "Start Menu" then go to "Control Panels > Quicktime"
  2. If it's not already selected for you, select "About Quicktime" from the menu at the top of the Quicktime Control panel. The first line of text (which should be a number) will be the version number you currently have installed. It will resemble this X.X.X (example: 6.0.2)

If your QuickTime is 5.0 or higher, video performance could be affected by your internet connection, especially if you are using a dial-up connection. For optimum video performance, you should use a broadband connection to access the iLumina site.

If you are not using QuickTime 5.0 or higher, you need to upgrade your QuickTime. Click here to download the latest version of QuickTime. The installation procedure will prompt you through the process.

Finally, if you are using QuickTime 5.0 or higher and a broadband connection, but you can not access the online videos, please contact our Customer Support by clicking here.
