My computer crashed and I lost everything in it. I bought iLumina Gold Upgrade.
What should I do to get Gold running again?

You will have to install iLumina 1.0 first and then install Gold Upgrade. We suggest you to perform a "Compact Install" of iLumina 1.0 and then install iLumina Gold Upgrade. You don't need to update iLumina 1.0 to 1.1 before installing Gold.

Step 1.
 Grab the original discs you have from iLumina 1.0 and insert CD-ROM # 1  
Step 2.
 Perform a "Compact Install". It's faster!!
Step 3.
 At the end, eject iLumina CD1 and insert disc #1 of your iLumina Gold Upgrade.
Step 4.
 Follow the installation steps.  
Step 5.
 Select "YES" to "Delete previous iLumina version". Let the uninstaller run and at the end, the installer will prompt you to install Gold.  
Step 6.
 At the end of the installation, you should have an icon on the desktop. In case you don't, click HERE to download "iLumina_Icon Fix.exe". Download this file and double click it. At the end, you will have an icon on your desktop as well as in your Programs Menu.
