I cannot open any Bible Studies or Charts in the Bible Module. What should I do?
(For Windows Users) iLumina Gold requires Adobe Acrobat 6.0 to be installed on your computer in order to open the BIBLE STUDIES and CHARTS in the Bible Module. Follow the steps below in order to fix this problem:

Double-click the MY COMPUTER icon to open it |

Navigate to the directory where you installed iLumina Gold. By default, iLumina Gold is installed under C:\Program Files\iLumina2\ (unless you decided to install to a different directory). |

Double-click the THIRD PARTY folder to open
it |
|
4) |
Double-click the ACROBATREADER folder to open it |
|
5)

Double-click the AdbeRdr60_enu_full.exe file
to install Acrobat Reader version 6.0 |

After you've successfully upgraded your Acrobat Reader to version 6.0, try iLumina again.
We hope this fixes the problem, but if clicking CHARTS only gets you a blank page, please try the following:

Right-click the ILUMINA icon on your desktop |

Click PROPERTIES in the popup menu |
3) |
Click the FIND TARGET button |

4) |
Double-click the CHARTS folder to open it |
|
5) |
Right-click any PDF file in the folder |
|
6) |
Click OPEN WITH..., then click CHOOSE PROGRAM |

7) |
Click ACROBAT READER 6.0 in the resulting list |

When you click OK to select Acrobat Reader 6.0, the icons may change to Acrobat icon. Try iLumina again.
